Cartiere Burgo Verzuolo PM9, Italy, has set a new world speed record for LWC paper on October 26, 2004. The official 24-hour speed record of 1904 m/min was reached with Ichikawa’s Grooved Belt.

Dryness has been improved by 2% with our Grooved Belt compared with other supplier's Belt at UIPSA PM1 in Spain. They produced Corrugated Medium and Linerboard, machine speed was 600mpm.

Production efficiency was improved by 4% with our felts.
Machine type was Crescent-Former and they produced Toilet and Towel. Machine speed was 1750mpm. Average Life of felts was 45 ~ 50 days.
And also we received many order for another tissue machine in Sweden.

Dryness has been improved by 4% with ICHI-GROOVE compared with our Plane Belt(ICHI-FLOW) at Cartonneries De Gondardennes in France.

UPM-Kymmene Rauma PM4, Finland, has set a new world speed record for LWC paper on June 14, 2002. The official 24-hour speed record of 1830 m/min was reached with Ichikawa's Grooved Belt.
Rauma PM4 is awarded as the second fastest paper machine next to Norske Skog – Golbey PM2 (newsprint), France.

Nordland Papier PM4 in Germany has established a new world speed record for Fine paper on November 14, 2001. The official 24-hour speed record of 1504 m/min was reached with Ichikawa's Grooved Belt.

Dryness has been improved by 3% with our Trapezoid Grooved Belt compared with our Plane Belt at Mead Containerboard Stevenson Mill PM2 in U.S.A. The groove shape is trapezoid and this shape is effective to prevent groove closure under the High Nip Pressure. We presume 2% dryness-up owed to Grooved type and 1% owed to Trapezoid shape.

UPM-Kymmene Rauma Mill PM4 in Finland has established a new world speed record for LWC paper. The official 24-hour speed record of 1727 m/min was reached with Ichikawa's Grooved Belt.

Newsprint was produced at a speed of 1650 m/min with Ichikawa's Grooved Belt on the PM 5 at Fujian Nanping Paper in China.
