To always deliver high-quality and stable products and satisfy our customers, Ichikawa has introduced a quality management system (QMS) in all divisions, and engages in related activities with the participation of all employees. We also obtain certification in ISO 9001, the international standard for quality management, for all of our products. Under the detailed quality standards that we have established, we are working to stabilize and improve quality so that we can meet the needs of our customers. We also make active use of those standards in the continuous improvement activities that we undertake.
