Ichiriki is the belt made of multi functional resin. The excellent resin is coated on both felt and shoe sides. This belt works in terms of resisting against cracks, abrasion, chemical damage and shoe-side delamination. This multi-resistant resin lead the belt to long life. We can supply to all sizes.
IX-F is our standard quality belt. This belt has the advantage in resistance against wearing and cracking. Depending on the machine operating condition, “anti-wearing type” or “anti-cracking type” can be selected.
Can select various groove specifications, to suit the dewatering form and felt specifications. Ichikawa uses its deep knowledge of felts to deliver high performance by optimal combinations of felts and belts. For groove specifications, we have continuous grooves and discontinuous grooves of various shapes, to match the dewatering form.
